Plant Tissue Culture

This module aims to transfer techniques skills and knowledge in carrying out plant tissue culture and related work. The students at the end of the course not only will be able to independently carry out plant tissue culture work but also develop various high-value plants for agriculture and biotechnological use.

Learning outcomes:
1. Identify and exemplify the techniques of plant tissue culture to propagate in vitro cultures.
2. Demonstrate the potential of different types of cultures that promotes plant biotechnology.
